The Gaiety has been a key part of Ayr Town Centre since 1902. Two fires, two World Wars, the challenge of cinema and television, take-overs, threatened demolitions, shortage of money and two pandemics have made for a bumpy road. But the theatre remains at the heart of culture in Ayrshire.
There are three stages, Main Theatre, Studio Theatre and Town Hall.
