    The Last Five Years

“Have I mentioned today how lucky I am to be in love with you?”

Tony, Grammy and Emmy Award winner Ben Platt (Dear Evan Hansen, Pitch Perfect, Parade) and Golden Globe and NBR winner Rachel Zegler (Evita, The Hunger Games, West Side Story), two of the most dynamic and celebrated performers of their generation, star together in a very special new concert staging of Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years playing from Tuesday 24 to Sunday 29 March.

To mark the 25th anniversary of this iconic musical, Tony Award-winner Brown (Parade, The Bridges of Madison County) returns to the West End to direct his masterpiece of love, heartbreak and the passage of time, and will also take to the stage to conduct.

Performed at the historic London Palladium, this strictly limited run presents The Last Five Years as you’ve never seen it before: raw, intimate and electrifying.

With Platt (Tony, Grammy and Emmy Award winner), Zegler (Golden Globe and NBR winner) and Brown (Tony Award winner) joining forces, this powerhouse concert transcends revival and redefines musical theatre at its most powerful.

Two stars. One beloved composer. One relationship. One unforgettable week.

The Last Five Years is presented by Lambert Jackson with LW Tickets. It has musical direction by Leo Munby, with Emma Butler as associate director.

Jamie Lambert, from Lambert Jackson, said, “This beautiful show which has impacted so many people around the world deserves this stellar cast for its 25th anniversary. Getting to work with Jason Robert Brown again, one of the greatest composers of our time, is a total privilege and his faith in Lambert Jackson is something we are forever grateful for. Working with LW tickets and deepening our relationship with the LW team by taking a week at the London Palladium, where we’ve produced over 30 shows, is a great step forward for all involved and we’re excited to see where it leads.”
