Jake Bugg strips things back for an intimate new tour.
Jake Bugg is heading back on the road with a stripped-back UK and Ireland tour, including a homecoming show in Nottingham, following the release of his new album Alamo.
The Nottingham singer-songwriter will take to the stage at some of the UK and Ireland’s most atmospheric venues in February 2027, with stops in Manchester, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Gateshead, Sheffield, Liverpool, Bristol, Nottingham and London.
The tour follows the announcement of Bugg’s seventh studio album, Alamo, due for release on 13 November 2026.
Produced by Jimmy Hogarth and Steve McKewan, the 11-track album sees Bugg returning to his folk-influenced roots with a more intimate, country-leaning sound. It follows 2024’s A Modern Day Distraction and is being described as one of his most personal records to date.
The first taste of the new album comes with Never Can Tell, a guitar-driven new single exploring friendship, trust and the uncertainty that can accompany success.
For the accompanying tour, Bugg is stripping things back, with the solo shows offering audiences the chance to hear the new material in a more intimate setting alongside songs from across his career.
