    This adaptation of Yanagihara’s hard-hitting novel follows the lives of four friends who have moved from a small college town to New York City. The handsome aspiring actor Willem, struggling artist JB, prominent architect Malcolm, and the bewildering, brilliant Jude, who is struggling with the reminders of his dark past. It is the group’s love and fascination with him that is often at the centre of their friendship – and this play.
