Bournemouth Pavilion is a Grade II listed, 1930s Art Deco building with a traditional 1400 seat theatre and a beautiful ballroom.
The theatre is popular for its year-round entertainment, from west end touring shows, to opera, ballet, pantomime, music and dance. Whilst the ballroom, one of the biggest in the country, still hosts monthly tea dances and comedy clubs alongside banquets, weddings and parties.
Bournemouth Pavilion has provided a stage for a stellar cast over it’s 90 years from Stanley Holloway, Paul Robeson and Sergi Rachmaninov to Stewart Granger, Richard Attenborough and Sean Connery. Iconic music acts such as The Who, David Bowie and Manfred Mann have also bought their music to the Pavilion stage!
