About the Show

Paul Simon’s landmark album Graceland is heading back to the stage in 2027 with a new live concert production featuring the South African Cultural Choir.

Celebrating 40 years since the release of one of the most influential albums in popular music, Paul Simon’s Graceland Live In Concert will tour the UK next spring, recreating the album track-by-track with a live band and the powerful harmonies of the South African Cultural Choir.

The new production comes from the award-winning team behind The Simon & Garfunkel Story and promises to capture the distinctive fusion of American songwriting and South African rhythms that made Graceland such a defining record.

Released in 1986, Graceland became one of Paul Simon’s most celebrated albums, introducing millions of listeners around the world to a remarkable blend of pop, folk, rock and South African musical influences.

The live show will revisit the complete album, including You Can Call Me Al, Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes, Graceland and Homeless, with musicians and singers recreating its instantly recognisable sound on stage.

Alongside the full Graceland album, audiences can also expect a selection of songs from across Paul Simon’s wider career.

At the heart of the production will be the South African Cultural Choir, bringing live African vocals and harmonies to a concert designed to celebrate both the music and enduring spirit of the original recording.

More than four decades after its release, Graceland remains a landmark album – and this new concert tour offers audiences the chance to experience its songs together, live on stage.
